Harbor Summer Gathering
Hi Avery — thanks for registering. This order includes 2 tickets, each with its own QR code. Here's how to check in.
Getting in
Your check-in codes
Each ticket has its own QR code, scanned at the gate and food counters. Open them in the app, or use the PDF attached to this email.
Open in the app →
Opens the event in the Eventic app — find your codes under My Tickets, where each QR shows full-screen for scanning.
Attached PDF
Your tickets are inside harbor-sample-tickets.pdf — one QR per ticket. Open it from this email's attachments and show the right page at each scan.
Show one code at a time. Keep the next ticket off-screen at the scanner so staff don't accidentally scan the wrong one.

At check-in
| 1 | At the gate, show a code full-screen — from My Tickets in the app, or the attached PDF. |
| 2 | Each item is scanned separately — entry passes at the door, food items at the counter. |
| 3 | One code on screen at a time so staff don't scan the next ticket by mistake. Arrive a few minutes early. |
