Record funds already received outside Stripe.
Log cash, checks, Zelle, or bank transfers with the payer, received date, method, and purpose.

A check clears, but nobody knows which total should include it.
The money is in the bank while the event spreadsheet still omits it. A note in a volunteer’s inbox does not help the next treasurer reconcile the receipt.
The admin logs the receipt, then reviews the ledger.
When money arrives through another payment method, an admin records it as Offline Revenue. Select an event payment, donation, or sponsorship, identify its destination, and attach a reference or proof. The treasurer can then review those receipts alongside other income.
- Identify the payer and the amount received.
- Record the received date and payment method.
- Choose the event or organization purpose.
- Attach proof or a reference for later review.
Log what arrived, when it arrived, and what it covers.
The admin form records the payer, amount, received date, method, reference, proof, and treasurer note. It records received funds rather than collecting a new donor payment.
