Who is Eventic for?
Eventic is for organizations that manage events and memberships and want their committee, staff, and volunteers to work together in one place.
What does Eventic cost?
Free events with no paid transactions cost $0. Paid transactions have a 1% Eventic fee plus separate Stripe processing fees. All available features are included. If both fees are passed to attendees, your organization does not absorb checkout fees. Compare the pricing options.
Can we pass checkout fees to attendees?
Yes. When attendees cover both the Eventic fee and Stripe processing fees, your organization pays $0. The fees are paid by attendees, not waived. See pricing details.
Can we start with just one event?
Yes. Start with one upcoming event and discuss the setup your organization needs with the Eventic team.
How do we get started or request a demo?
Contact the Eventic team to tell us about your organization, ask for a demo, and discuss your first steps.
What about our existing member records?
Discuss your current member records and how you manage them with the Eventic team. Together, you can work out what moving to Eventic would involve for your organization.
Can we keep our membership plans and benefits?
Eventic supports membership plans and eligible member benefits, including member pricing. Discuss your existing plans with the team to confirm how they fit. Explore memberships.
Does our organization need its own website?
No. Eventic provides pages where people can view your events and register.
Do attendees need to install the Eventic app?
No. Attendees can register on the web and show the QR tickets sent by email. The app is optional for attendees and useful for organization admins who want to get things done on the go—check registrations, follow event numbers, and manage their organization from their phone.
Can our team have different levels of access?
Yes. Advanced permissions let you assign access by role, including check-in-only access for volunteers. See team access.
